Hi, I’m Erin Barratt — Owner & Founder of Rebel Co.
I’m a licensed Master Esthetician, Cosmetologist/Barber, and a dual-licensed Instructor in both Esthetics and Hair. I’ve been in the beauty industry since 2017, and over the years, I’ve discovered my true calling: helping others feel confident in their skin and empowering beauty professionals through education, mentorship, and community.
At Rebel Co, I offer licensed Apprenticeship Programs in Esthetics, Master Esthetics, and Eyebrow & Eyelash services. These hands-on programs are designed to meet state requirements while providing real-world experience in a supportive, spa-based environment. I also provide 1:1 mentoring for licensed professionals who are ready to grow, evolve, and take their careers to the next level.
When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and all of our animals, or out enjoying the great outdoors with the people I love most.
Rebel Co was born in 2024 from a vision of breaking chains, forging new paths, and standing out in this industry. My goal is to create a safe, inclusive space for beauty pros and clients alike—a true community and a home for the rebels.

Kenzie has always had a passion for all things beauty, starting at a young age, and making people feel beautiful in their own skin! She got her license in 2018 and has loved it since. Outside of the salon she loves reading, spending time in the sunshine and with friends and family. Licensed in hair and skin she is excited to meet new clients & continue to help people feel their best!

Kayla has wanted to be a hairstylist since kindergarten and now she has been in this industry for over 14 years. She does hair, nails, and lashes.. all the things that keeps clients feeling good about themselves!
Nail Tech Candice Poulton
Candice has been in the industry for 22 years and loves what she does! She solely focuses on nails and enjoys the creative outlet. She knew by the end of high school she wanted to be a beauty school girl. When she’s not doing nails she’s hanging out with her husband and 4 kids, and hitting the gym! She’s big on mental health and personally knows the benefits from moving your body and the impact it has on your mental state. She loves all things pink, bright colors, sour patch kids(the blue ones) Dr Pepper, caramel coffee, Mexican food, all music, singing, laughing & dancing.

Hairstylist Maddie has been a licensed cosmetologist for 9 years and she has a passion for hair! Outside of the salon she loves reading, thrillers are her favorite. Maddie loves home making, being a wife, and a momma to her two girls. Behind the chair, coloring is where she shines! Meanwhile, getting to know her clients that quickly become her friends. Whether you need a laugh, a therapist, support, or silence, she can’t wait to meet you!
